Spoof

This is my response to comments I received about the necessity of wearing knee high boots in July.

Pass me my flip-flops, please. :-)

BUT I must confess. I actually had to seek help from the culprit of wearing said boots in order to post this youtube video.

A couple of comments:

- Good thing for you said culprit has a generous spirit -- and a good sense of humour :)

- I noticed that nothing in the video condemned the wearing of knee-high boots in the summer, so technically it only supports your point in a general way

But, I will concede that men have it easier than women in the comfort dept. However, where I live (South Florida) a lot of women wear nothing but flip-flops. You're welcome to visit any time :)

Worry not TW. There are plenty of foods in my daily diet rich in antinoxidants and omega-3. They are: Strawberries, raspberries, broccoli, (love me some broccoli) garlic, spinach, carrots, whole grain, walnuts, flax seed and olive oil.

It's a damn shame about sea food, and if I could change my taste-buds, my dislike of seafood would be at the top of the list. It seems like such a waste to completely dismiss a whole category of food...

Glad to see we have some common food ground after all; I think I like everything on your list except flax seed (and for all I know, I might like that too) I love me some broccoli too, and carrots are awesome, and strawberries are always good...

I once read that taste buds have a 7-year regeneration cycle, so if it's been a while since you tried seafood, you might want to consider stealing a bite from someone. Also, it sounds like your issues have more to do with texture and presentation rather than taste, so perhaps hypnosis could be applicable :)

p.s. Does this make you OG for Ohio Girl? :)

JB-- This is my mother's mantra! Too Funny.

I think I like just plain old "E" as opposed to OG.

I love you. :)

There were three chicks on the train in their knee high boots today. I would have taken a picture, but I blew it after I took the picture of gramma. :)

That is hilarious, though. I'm cracked up!!!

GOW- The picture of gramma was worth it. Who knew the metro could be so entertaining? Just imagine if you listened to your ipod the whole time... you'd totally miss out on conversations like gramma's. ;-)
